The ZTE V987 comes from ZTE without Google Apps (Play Store and sync services). However these can easily be installed, using a custom recovery. Simply flash a .zip file, and you are done.
However, I have tried with different .zip files with Google Apps, and allot of the gives "force close" after setting up an account - so the do not work. After a bit of searching, I found this update pack made by

I used the "10/12" version, and have not flashed any of the addons.
